Willian set to sign bumper new Chelsea deal amid Manchester United transfer speculation

- Chelsea winger Willian is reportedly set to sign a bumper new deal at Stamford Bridge amid speculation the midfielder is a target for Jose Mourinho at Manchester United in the summer transfer window, the Metro reports.

The club are delighted that last season’s Player of the Year, who still has two years remaining on his current contract at Chelsea, now appears on the brink of extending his stay.

In order to tie down Willian, the Blues have offered the Brazilian a new four-year contract which he is set to sign imminently, according to The Sun.

It’s understood the Red Devils are prepared to spend at least £60million (over $88 million) on Willian star.

Chelsea are adamant the 27-year-old is a big part of their future and are not listening to offers for him this summer.

Chelsea and Manchester United are growing increasingly interested in Napoli and Slovakia star Marek Hamsik following his performances at Euro 2016. The Sun say the 28-year-old's agent has confirmed that several clubs are keen on Hamsik but that Napoli would be unwilling to sell the player.
