30th Annual UC/PNC Economic Outlook

The University of Cincinnati's Real Estate Center's next roundtable will celebrate the 30th iteration of the UC/PNC Economic Outlook Conference on Friday, Feb. 23 at Music Hall in downtown Cincinnati.

This marks the 30th year of PNC's partnership with the UC Real Estate Center in presenting the Economic Outlook to UC students, local business leaders and supporters of the Real Estate Center.

This milestone event features longtime Economic Outlook speaker Stuart Hoffman, senior economic adviser, PNC Financial Services Group. Accompanying Hoffman will be Greg Valliere, chief U.S. policy strategist for AGF Investments.

Drawing on key points of PNC's 2024 economic forecast, Hoffman will provide a comprehensive overview of the local and national economy, and will delve into areas such as real gross domestic product, interest rates, inflation, housing, the labor market and industrial production. As a seasoned economic expert, Hoffman's presentation promises to deliver valuable perspectives on the coming months.

Valliere will complement Hoffman's economic commentary by discussing the trends and policies that could shape future markets. This perspective is particularly relevant with the 2024 election looming.

Check-in and networking begin at 7:15 a.m., followed by a buffet breakfast and the program from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Registration is required at least three days in advance of the event.
