Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 27-year-old Ammanuel El Kotta.
A warrant has been issued for El Kotta's arrest after he failed to appear at court for driving related offences and contravening a court order.
Police have released an image of El Kotta in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
He was last known to frequent the Dandenong and Narre Warren areas.
