Ashurst advises Centerview Partners on £121.8 million recommended takeover of CrestChic by Aggreko

Global law firm Ashurst is advising Centerview Partners UK LLP on the £121.8 million recommended cash offer for CrestChic plc by Aggreko Limited.

CrestChic is a market leader in the power reliability sector, manufacturing and supplying mission critical industrial equipment around the world. CrestChic's specialist electrical equipment is designed to meet the emerging needs of the new economy – data driven, dependent upon a reliable electrical power infrastructure and where environmental priorities are driving a rapidly increasing share of that power to come from renewables and cleaner energy generation.
