Club Changer Of Month 31 July

Strong facilities, strategic planning, and meaningful partnerships are essential ingredients for sustainable football clubs.

Across Australia, clubs recognised through the Club Changer program are demonstrating how investment beyond the pitch can create long-term benefits for players, volunteers and communities. From major facility upgrades to community-led recovery efforts, these clubs are building stronger foundations for the future of grassroots football.

Macarthur Football Association & Camden Falcons FC (Football NSW)

Macarthur Football Association and Camden Falcons FC were jointly recognised for their resilience and community spirit following the devastating fire that destroyed the Falcons' clubhouse. Rather than allowing the setback to disrupt football activities, volunteers, players, families and administrators rallied together to keep the club operating. Supported by Macarthur Football Association, the club continued to provide opportunities for participation while beginning the journey toward rebuilding its community home. The recognition highlights the power of collaboration and strategic partnerships in overcoming challenges and securing a sustainable future.
