Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Mark.
The 49-year-old was last seen in Warrnambool on Wednesday 23 June at 3am.
Police hold concerns for Mark's welfare as he has medical conditions which require regular medication.
Investigators have released an image of Mark in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Mark or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to call Warrnambool Police Station on 5560 1333.
