Council Announces Finalists Of 2026 Community Awards

The City of Casey is thrilled to announce the finalists for the annual Community Awards. For more than 20 years, the Casey Community Awards has been recognising outstanding community contributors, and celebrating individuals and groups across fields such as sport, arts, multiculturalism, humanities and community services.

This year, Council received 135 nominations across eight categories, and after careful deliberation, selected 37 finalists.

City of Casey Mayor Cr Stefan Koomen said "I would like to congratulate all the finalists. Each of them has made an exceptional contribution to the Casey community. I look forward to seeing them at the award ceremony in March, where the 2026 winners will be announced."
