What will it be: Artificial Intelligence, Communication Science or Psychology? New and existing students alike will soon be making their study choice for the next academic year. This has always been hard, for there are hundreds of interesting degree programmes. However, the coronavirus pandemic has made this even harder. The strict measures in place have made it nearly impossible to come to the campus and meet your fellow students in the flesh. To solve this problem, the UvA has come up with a creative solution: the online Open House.
It allows you to explore the university campus, get a taste of the atmosphere and meet your fellow prospective students virtually. For most new and existing students, this is what determines their choice of a Bachelor's or Master's programme. Because of the coronavirus measures, however, the Open Days have had to move online. That left the problem of how to provide students with the necessary inspiration.
