Four injured; vehicle stolen in home invasion - Schofields

An investigation is underway after four people were assaulted and a vehicle was stolen during a home invasion in Sydney's west overnight.

Emergency services were called to a home on Perrett Street, Schofields, just after 1.40am (Sunday 28 June 2020), after reports a group of unknown men forced entry into the home and assaulted four occupants.

A short time later the men stole a Holden Commodore and fled the scene.

The adult occupants – three men and a woman – all sustained non life-threatening injuries and were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics.

A man and women were transferred to Blacktown Hospital for further treatment.

Officers from Quakers Hill Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
