Fun day spectacular to celebrate Eid Carnival

  • The Multicultural Eid Carnival is back - bigger and better for 2023

The Multicultural Eid Carnival is back at Burswood Park with something for everyone to take part in a fun-filled family day tomorrow - Sunday 30 April.

The carnival, hosted by the Australian Arab Association, has become one of Western Australia's most popular events with more than 20,000 people expected to attend this year.

Eid-ul-Fitr is an Islamic festival marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan and is usually celebrated over three days by millions around the world.

The Multicultural Eid-Carnival is open to people of all faiths and backgrounds and will showcase the diverse cultures that are a part of multicultural WA.

This is the twentieth Multicultural Eid Carnival presented by the Australian Arab Association and will feature mouth-watering food, market stalls, family-friendly activities and rides, and a program of exciting cultural stage performances.

The McGowan Government will be supporting the festival with $25,000 from the

Office of Multicultural Interests and Healthway.
