Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III announced today that the President has made the following nominations:

Air Force Col. David W. Kelley for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Kelley is currently serving as the director, Strategic Religious Affairs, Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon, Washington, DC.

Air Force Col. Todd D. Miller for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Miller is currently serving as the commander, 185th Operations Group, Iowa Air National Guard, Iowa.

Army Col. Ronnie D. Anderson Jr. for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Anderson is currently serving as commander, Joint Munitions Command, Rock Island, Illinois.

Army Col. Bryan L. Babich for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Babich is currently serving as director, Mission Command Center of Excellence, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Army Col. Jeremy A. Bartel for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Bartel is currently serving as chief of staff, U.S. Army Central, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina.

Army Col. James T. Blejski Jr. for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Blejski is currently serving as assistant chief of staff, G-3, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Army Col. W M. Bochat for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Bochat is currently serving as commandant, U.S. Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear School, U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
