Hamilton Hill serious crash

Traffic Enforcement Group officers are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred in Hamilton Hill yesterday, Saturday 21 February 2021.

About 11.25pm, a blue Holden Commodore station wagon was travelling west on Clontarf Road when near the intersection of York Street, the vehicle left the road and struck an electrical power pole.

The 18-year-old male driver was trapped in the vehicle and was cut free by Department of Fire and Emergency Services officers. He received serious head injuries as a result of the crash and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.

An 18-year-old male passenger received minor injuries and was treated and released from Fiona Stanley Hospital.
