Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jamie Lee Miller.
The 24-year-old is wanted on warrant for theft related matters.
Miller is Caucasian, about 176cm tall, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the Kensington, Brunswick and Mickleham areas.
Investigators have released an image of Miller in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
