Joondalup Detectives are seeking information regarding an incident in Kinross on Friday 27 October 2023, in which a 14-year-old boy was seriously assaulted.
The boy attended a residence on Balliol Elbow, Kinross. It is believed the boy thought it was where he was meeting friends for a party, however the details he had were incorrect.
