Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Fritz Hahn.
The 62-year-old was last seen at an Elgar Road residence in Mont Albert about 7.50am on Wednesday 24 June.
Police have concerns for Fritz's welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Fritz is described as Caucasian with blue eyes and solid build.
He was last seen wearing a red jacket, grey pants and carrying a large orange backpack.
Police have released an image of Fritz in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Fritz is asked to contact Box Hill Police Station on 8892 3200.
