Residents at Blue Haven Terralong were treated to a morning of music, laughter and connection as part of a special Mental Health Month Morning Tea, proudly supported by a WayAhead Mental Health Month grant.
The event celebrated the importance of social connection, music and shared experiences in supporting positive mental health and wellbeing.
Popular entertainer Greg Dimmock delighted residents with an impressive collection of 11 musical instruments, leading a lively singalong that had everyone tapping their feet and joining in.
Crowd favourites included The Road to Gundagai and The Wanderer, while Greg's musical stylings on the traditional Chinese instrument, the Yangqin, were a particular highlight.
The morning tea provided a wonderful opportunity for residents to come together, share stories and enjoy the uplifting power of music.

The event highlighted the importance of creating opportunities for older people to connect, share experiences and celebrate the simple joys that contribute to positive mental health and wellbeing.
Led by Wayahead (Mental Health Association NSW), Mental Health Month is held every October across the state and this year's theme is A Little Connection Goes a Long Way.
The event was made possible through a WayAhead Mental Health Month grant.
