Noreaster Live Music Weekend at Lennox Head: Ballina Shire

Noreaster Live Music Weekend at Lennox Head

The Nor'easter weekend of live music is coming to Lennox Head from Friday 24 February to Sunday 26 February 2023.

A great range of local and national artists are performing at various locations across Lennox Head with three double headline shows each night at the Lennox Head Cultural Centre.

"This event is about bringing the community together to enjoy a great weekend of music for all ages. Ballina Shire Council and the NSW Government have funded this event, so the three headline shows are only $15. There will be music on the street and a great atmosphere across the whole town," said Mark Corbett from Lennox Sessions.

The ticketed events and double headline performances will feature:

  • Blues Arcadia and The Sea Benz on Friday 24 February
  • Darren Hanlon with band and Little Georgia on Saturday 25 February
  • William and Julieanne Crighton and Jeff Lang on Sunday 26 February

"The Lennox Head village centre has recently undergone a multi-million-dollar upgrade. This is a great event to bring people back into the village and support our local businesses, enjoy the music, new streetscape, parks and gardens," said Roberta O'Brien, Coordinator Community Facilities at Ballina Shire Council.

"Tickets are on sale and selling fast, so come for the day or stay over-night and enjoy great music, cafes and restaurants, along with shopping in Lennox Head that is just a short stroll from the music venues and the beach."

"Alongside the three evening shows there will be loads of free music with daytime performances at the Lennox Head Cultural Centre, the Lennox Head Public School Hall and along Ballina Street on Saturday and Sunday," Mark Corbett added

This event is proudly organised and curated by the team at Lennox Sessions in conjunction with Tintenbar Up Front.
