The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Thursday, May 21, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC, to receive the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama, Javier Martínez-Acha Vásquez, in the context of preparations for the 56th General Assembly, which will take place from June 22 to 24 in Panama City.
