The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 25 at 09:00 EDT (13:00 GMT) in the Simon Bolivar room at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC., to receive the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Paraguay, Rubén Ramírez, who will introduce the theme and logo for the fifty-fourth regular session of the General Assembly that will take place between June 26-28 in Asunción.
