Pedestrian Dies After Collision In Essendon North

A pedestrian has died following a collision in Essendon North on 17 September.

Police have been told the man was struck by a truck whilst crossing Keilor Road near Roberts Street just before 9.25am.

The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious injuries but has now died.

The driver of the truck, a 45-year-old Mickleham man, stopped at the scene and has spoken with police.

Police are appealing for motorists with dashcam who were driving on Keilor Road or anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward.
