The State Government is inviting public comment on a proposed mixed-use redevelopment of the former Matilda Bay Brewery site in North Fremantle.
The application covers land on McCabe Street, Stirling Highway and Thompson Road and has been submitted by Rowe Group on behalf of landowner 3 Oceans Property Pty Ltd.
The proposal is being assessed by the State Government's Significant Development Assessment Unit (SDAU), which is managing the public consultation process.
The City of Fremantle is sharing this information to keep the community informed. The City is not conducting consultation on the proposal. Community members can view the plans and supporting documents and make a submission directly to the SDAU through the State Government's consultation website linked below.
