Perth will host two quarter final matches on Wednesday, 7 January, with WA also hosting top-ranked players from Argentina, France, Greece, Spain and Switzerland over the six-day tournament.

Leading the charge is four-time Grand Slam champion and former world No.1 Naomi Osaka, representing Japan, world No. 8 Jasmine Paolini, who will suit up for Italy, and Greek fan favourite Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Top seeded Team USA, led by women's world No. 3 Coco Gauff and men's world No. 6 Taylor Fritz, experienced WA's pristine coastline when they visited Perth's iconic Cottesloe Beach today.

Supported by the Cook Government through Tourism WA, the United Cup features 18 countries competing in singles and mixed doubles, with Perth kicking off six days of elite tennis action with the prestigious opening day of play on Friday, 2 January.

A fan zone will be activated outside of RAC Arena, adding to the atmosphere in the Perth CBD, featuring activities for all ages, including interactive tennis games, face painting, roving entertainment and a pop-up bar experience.
