Police appeal to find man - Wallendbeen, near Cootamundra

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from Wallendbeen north of Cootamundra.

Robert Gilmour, aged 75, was last seen at his King Street home in Wallendbeen yesterday (Wednesday 24 December 2020) and hasn't been heard from since.

Officers from Riverina Police District commenced a search for the man, who is believed to be on an older style maroon bicycle wearing blue and white helmet.

He was wearing blue jeans, blue/grey t-shirt, a navy-blue jumper and a black jacket.

Mr Gilmour is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 175cm and 180cm tall, of medium build with grey hair and hazel eyes.

Police and family hold concerns for the man's welfare.

Anyone who sees Mr Gilmour, or believes they know his whereabouts, is urged to contact Cootamundra police.
