Police appeal to locate man missing from Lakemba

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from an aged car facility in Sydney's south-west yesterday.

Zozislaw Kulik, also known as George, aged 81, was last seen at an aged care facility on Yerrick Road, Lakemba, about 5.15pm (Sunday 1 December 2019).

Officers from Campsie Police Area Command were notified when he was unable to be located.

Police and family hold concern for his welfare due to his age and a number of pre-existing medical conditions.

George is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 190cm tall, with grey hair, and a white moustache.

He was last seen wearing a blue jumper, blue pants, and black shoes.

Anyone who has seen George or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Campsie Police Station or Triple Zero (000).
