Northern Territory Police have arrested a 39-year-old man in relation to the alleged aggravated assault of a 26-year-old woman.
The incident is believed to have occurred during the early hours of Saturday 6 June 2020.
The man was located and arrested by detectives from Sex Crimes Division on Thursday 11 June.
He has been charged with:
- aggravated assault
- sexual intercourse without consent
- breach of bail.
The man is scheduled to appear before Darwin Local Court today.
