Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Point Cook boy Juluis.
The 12-year-old was last seen at Lara Skate Park about 2.20pm on Thursday 1 July.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to his age and as he has a medical condition.
Juluis was last seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants (as pictured).
Police have released an image of Juluis in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
