Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing man Sean Kosterman.
The 32-year-old was last seen in Collingwood about 12.30pm on 1 December.
He is described as 178cm tall with a medium build and blond hair and was wearing a white top and grey track pants.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as it is out of character for him not to contact anyone.
Investigators have released an image of Sean in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Sean or has information about his current whereabouts is asked to contact the Mill Park Police Station on 9407 3333.
