Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Wendouree woman Pui Day.
The 63-year-old was last seen at her home address in Grammar Street about 4am on Thursday 18 June.
Police hold concerns for Pui's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Pui in the hope someone may have seen her or has details on her whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Pui is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
