Regional air traffic control: A unique perspective

After spending nearly a decade as an air traffic controller in Melbourne, Susie McGough was ready for her next challenge.

In 2013, Susie swapped her life in a big city for the outback and embarked on a whole new adventure.

Today she reflects on the challenges and opportunities of working in a regional tower in Western Australia's Kimberley region and how it helped broaden her horizons and aviation network.
