Tasmania Police has reviewed the case file involving alleged offences against the Firearms Act 1996 relating to a North-West man on 1 April 2021.
Following the review legal advice was that there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.
The person in question has been formally notified of the outcome.
There will be no further police action in relation to this matter.
