Shellharbour City Council Seeking EOIs for Aiport Café

Shellharbour City Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from caterers and coffee connoisseurs to run the Shellharbour Airport Café.

The stylish café space features a comfortable sit down area for customers, an open counter and display bench and a back storeroom for preparation, washing up and storage.

There is opportunity to service airport customers awaiting take off or departure, accompanying friends and family and external customers from nearby businesses.

There is also potential for the space to be upgraded to an industrial kitchen.

Shellharbour Mayor Chris Homer said the space had excellent potential for the right tenant.

"This is a great opportunity for existing coffee vans, café owners or caterers and we look forward to activating this space within our wonderful new airport facility," he said.
