Shots fired at Pennington, South Australia

A man has been arrested after bullet holes were found at a Pennington house yesterday.

About 6am on Thursday 25 November the occupant was at his Harrison Road home when he heard a loud noise and discovered a number of bullet holes in his front window and wall.

The occupant was not injured and reported the incident to police later that night at about 6.30pm.

CIB detectives and a Police Firearms Detection Dog attended the scene.

Following investigations, at 9.45pm a suspect was arrested at a Pennington address. He has been charged with property damage and discharge firearm.

He was refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates court today Friday 26 November.

The two men were known to each other and police believe the incident was not random.
