Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Tuan Luu.
The 34-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear at court to face theft and drugs charges.
He is known to frequent Melbourne, Brimbank and Footscray.
Luu is about 160cm tall with a thin build and black hair.
Investigators have released an image of Luu in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
