White House Convenes Meeting with Latino Leaders

Last Wednesday, Senior Biden-Harris officials hosted a meeting with Latino leaders ahead of the White House Hispanic Heritage Month celebration. During the meeting leaders discussed President Biden's commitment to advancing opportunities for Latino families across the country. Administration officials highlighted ongoing Administration efforts including the implementation of President Biden's "Investing in America" agenda, Bidenomics, immigration, climate change, and Latino representation in the Administration.

The Latino leaders praised President Biden's efforts and shared their experiences of working within Latino communities. The leaders emphasized the importance of the Administration's work to improve equity and highlighted the significance of maintaining collaboration with Latino organizations throughout the country. The group also reinforced the great contributions that Latino communities have made to the country. The group agreed to continue to working collaboratively and to ensuring that Latino communities are supported and valued.
