The agreement, which represents Wiley's first in Thailand, provides reading access to Wiley's journal portfolio and enables participating researchers to publish in Wiley's complete portfolio of nearly 2,000 hybrid and gold open access journals, including those published by Hindawi.

"Through this agreement, we are excited to help make research from Thai academics more widely available," said Kathryn Sharples, Vice President, Open Research, Wiley. "Open access is a key component to enhancing scientific discovery, and I applaud Mahidol University for leading the way in Thailand."

"Mahidol University has a policy of supporting research and publishing of staff's academic work in internationally reliable databases. Wiley has quality journals indexed in databases recognized by scholars.
