Arrest made in Alice Springs aggravated burglary

Northern Territory Police are calling for information after two males unlawfully entered an apartment in Alice Springs on Sunday.

Around 10:30pm, Police received reports that two males had unlawfully entered an apartment on Strehlow Street, The Gap.

One of the males has allegedly utilised a knife within the apartment to unlock the victim's bedroom door before both fled the scene after being confronted by the victim.

Investigators from Strike Force Viper attended, and a crime scene was established.

At 11:10pm last night, investigators arrested a 15-year-old male in relation to the offending. He currently remains in police custody.

Enquiries are ongoing to identify the remaining offender.
