Bentley Unveils Land for Innovation, Research

Nine lots at Bentley Technology Park have been released to the market, supporting Western Australia's position as a leading destination for innovation, research, and technologydriven industries.

Located close to the Perth CBD and neighbouring Curtin University, Bentley Technology Park is Western Australia's premier, governmentestablished hub for innovation and research.

The newly released lots range in size from 2,028sqm to 3,309sqm and are suited to businesses aligned with research and development activities, including laboratories, data centres, and educationfocused uses.

The precinct is home to more than 100 organisations across technology, science, and engineering, including the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Curtin University, and the Pawsey Supercomputing Centre.

The future development of Bentley Technology Park is being guided by a newly prepared Precinct Structure Plan, which has been developed to support the coordinated redevelopment of the precinct

Bentley Technology Park is managed by DevelopmentWA and is aligning with the State Government's commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

Offers for the vacant lots are invited until 30 May 2026.
