Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate James Peart.
The 33-year-old is wanted on warrant for obtaining property by deception and breaching a court order.
He is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance and described as 175cm tall, with short light brown hair, a light brown beard and distinct tattoos on his neck.
Peart is known to frequent the Bonbeach, Chelsea and Malvern East areas.
Investigators have released an image of Peart in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
