Man dies in single-vehicle crash near Grafton

A man has died after the vehicle he was driving crashed into a tree in the state's Northern Region today.

About 4am (Sunday 6 June 2021), a Subaru Forrester that was travelling south on Summerland Way, Warragai Creek, approximately 20km north of Grafton, crashed into a tree.

The driver - believed to be a 45-year-old man – died at the scene.

Investigations are underway by officers from Coffs/Clarence Police District and a report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
