Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 59-year-old Sunshine man, Leslie Taylor.
Leslie was last seen at his home on Hertford Road about 9pm on Tuesday 23 June.
Leslie has an intellectual disability, poor eyesight and can only communicate with hand gestures.
Leslie is described as Caucasian with grey hair.
He was last seen wearing green track pants, a dark tee shirt and dark crocs.
He possibly is also wearing a baseball cap and grey jacket.
Police have released an image of Leslie in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Leslie is asked to contact the Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3333.
