Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 27-year-old Remy Salmon.
Remy left his Newport home about 12pm on Tuesday 16 June and has not been seen since.
Police and family have concerns for Remy's welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Remy was last seen wearing a black rain jacket, grey jumper and black jeans.
Investigators have released an image of Remy in the hope someone may have seen him and can provide information regarding his whereabouts.
It is believed he may be frequenting the Preston and Melbourne areas
