Local development applications for the Hawkesbury Local Government Area can now be lodged online through the NSW Planning Portal.
applications (DA) online – anywhere, anytime, with the NSW Planning Portal, a new online DA lodgement service.
The online platform will allow homeowners and businesses to lodge applications from home or office, neighbours can see in real time what development is proposed in their areas through the NSW Government Website www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au
This is an additional facility for applicants to lodge applications, as well as continuing to be able to lodge applications in person, via post and email.
Hawkesbury City Council will accept 100 per cent of Development Applications through the NSW Planning Portal by 31 December 2020.
