Police appeal to find boy missing from Roselands

Police are appealing for assistance from the public to find a child missing from Sydney's south.

Officers from Campsie Police Area Command have been told 14-year-old Ouwais Menzel left his Roselands home about 8.30am yesterday (Friday 19 June 2020), and hasn't been seen since.

Police and his family have concerns for his well-being due to his young age.

Ouwais is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 160cm tall with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes. He has no facial hair.

Aside from his Nike shoes, it's not known what he was wearing when he left.

Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000 or https://nsw.crimestoppers.com.au. Information is treated in strict confidence.
