Police appeal to locate man missing from Sydney's east

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's east.

Ross Brown, aged 42, was last seen by his carer at his address on Bourke Street in Queens Park on Friday 5 June 2020.

He was reported missing on Monday 8 June 2020, with officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command commencing an investigation into his whereabouts.

Following inquiries, police were told Mr Brown attended Maitland Hospital on Saturday 6 June 2020.

Police also located property belonging to Mr Brown outside Hamilton Train Station in the Newcastle area on Sunday 7 June 2020.

Police and family hold concerns for Mr Brown's welfare due to his existing medical conditions.

Mr Brown is described as being Caucasian in appearance, 160cm – 165cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair.

He was last seen wearing grey trackpants, a black Australian cap, and a blue and black jacket.
