Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Mount Helena on Thursday, 3 September 2026.
About 8.35pm, a red Mazda 3 sedan was travelling north on Sawyers Road, near Goodwin Place, when it left the roadway and collided with a power pole before rolling.
The 20-year-old male driver of the vehicle died from his injuries at the scene.
Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene and are appealing for any witnesses to report information to Crime Stoppers via www.crimestopperswa.com.au or 1800 333 000.
