Homicide Squad detectives have charged a man following the death of a woman in South Yarra earlier this year.
A 41-year-old South Yarra man was arrested this morning and has since been charged with one count of murder.
He will appear before Melbourne Magistrates' Court later today.
The charge follows an incident where a 63-year-old woman was located deceased inside an apartment block on Surrey Road about 9pm on Saturday, 15 May.
