Police lay charges after Bendoc fatal collision

Detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit have charged a man following a fatal collision which occurred in Bendoc last year.

It's alleged the vehicle rolled whilst attempting to negotiate a curve on Gulf Road about 12.50am on 28 December.

A 20-year-old man from Delegate in NSW, died at the scene.

A now 21-year-old man, also from Delegate, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

The 21-year-old has since been charged with dangerous driving causing death and has been bailed to appear at Bairnsdale Magistrates' Court on 1 July.
