Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Footscray man Robert Crocos.
The 59-year-old was last seen leaving his Ryan Street home about 5pm on 23 June.
Police have concerns for Robert's welfare as he has an intellectual disability and medical conditions that require medication that he did not take with him.
Robert is described as being about 174cm tall with a solid build and bald head.
He was last seen wearing a blue denim shirt, grey tracksuit pants and grey runners.
Robert is known to frequent Southern Cross Railway Station and the Footscray area.
Police have released an image of Robert in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
