Restless Horizon, Richard Barret and Milana Zarić in concert

On June 7 Restless Horizon, a composition by Richard Barrett, premiered online.

This new piece, together with three other compositions, was performed in a virtual duo concert for acoustic/electric harps and electronics.

Restless Horizon, from which the concert takes its title, is itself named after the middle one of the three paintings by Stojan Ćelić (1925-1992) whose sharp delineations are reflected in sudden changes of musical texture by one or both performers.
