The death of a man at Cannawigara in the State's south-east will not be counted towards the road toll.
An investigation into the death of the 29-year-old Victorian man, who was killed when his car collided with a truck on the Dukes Highway on Friday 4 December, has been determined to be due to other issues.
The number of lives lost on South Australian roads this year is 95, compared to 114 at this time last year.
